Significant New Business Opportunities

In addition to the execution of existing contracts, the Company is intensively working on two significant business opportunities in Europe, each with a potential value exceeding EUR 100 million. In total, these represent potential deliveries of up to 200 unmanned aircraft in the coming years.

At the same time, the Company is developing a number of other business opportunities in Europe and beyond, typically involving 3 to 24 aircraft per individual contract.

Given the nature of the customers and the standard processes involved in the procurement of aviation and defence technology, at this stage the Company does not anticipate the outcome or timing of the conclusion of these business negotiations.

New Production Facility in Písek

On 30 September 2026, the Company received bids from six tenderers for the construction of a new production facility in Písek. These will now undergo a detailed technical and economic evaluation, which is being carried out for Primoco UAV SE by Sentient. The indicative value of the construction part of the investment is approximately CZK 600 million, excluding production technologies. The total budget for technological equipment will be specified following the evaluation of the bids. The new facility represents a key step towards increasing the Company’s production capacity for its further growth.

“The production and business model of Primoco UAV is not based solely on the sale of the aircraft themselves. We deliver complete turnkey solutions to customers for a specific type of mission, which, in addition to the aircraft, include specialised technologies, their integration, training, documentation and commissioning of the system. An example is six aircraft intended for flight calibration and inspection of ground-based radio navigation systems (NAVAID), where we are the first in the world to introduce a fully-fledged unmanned solution replacing the existing operation of manned calibration aircraft. Production runs continuously, but the delivery of individual systems to customers is governed by the schedule and technical conditions of the specific contracts. Therefore, the majority of this year’s deliveries are concentrated in the second half of the year. At the same time, we are preparing a new production facility and working on business opportunities that are the largest in Primoco UAV’s history in terms of their scale. Our objective remains long-term growth based on our own certified product, unique technological solutions, a strong production base and the financial stability of the Company,” said Ladislav Semetkovský, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Primoco UAV SE.

The figures stated for the first three quarters of 2026 are preliminary and unaudited and may differ from the final results. Detailed results for the third quarter will be published on 2 November 2026.
