Dear Shareholders,
On behalf of Primoco UAV SE, with its registered office at Výpadová 1563/29f, 153 00 Prague 5 – Radotín, Company ID No.: 037 94 393, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section H, Insert 1546, I hereby inform you that, with effect as of 28 February 2026, the office of Supervisory Board Member, Ing. Jan Sechter, will terminate following his resignation. As of the above date, the notice period pursuant to Article 7.7 of the Company’s Articles of Association will expire.
In response to the above and in order to ensure the proper functioning of the Supervisory Board, the Supervisory Board has, in accordance with Article 7.5 of the Company’s Articles of Association, appointed JUDr. Lenka Holsteinová as a substitute member until the next General Meeting of the Company, for the period from 1 March 2026.
